It's time to do a bit of an update on the blog as it's been a few days since my last post. We just returned home from Saskatchewan yesterday after spending the weekend in Sedley visiting Dianne's folks. Had a chance to see brother Roy and family and another good friend. However the weather turned nasty on us on the way home and we seemingly missed a large amount of snow that had fallen during the morning. We are now back in the throes of winter with cold temps and that incescant snow! Today the tax refund cheques started to trickle in after only two weeks since being filed sending shivers of joy up my spine. Now to find a good deal on my camera. And here's an interesting snippet from the war front. Seems an LA Times photographer was fired for doctoring a photograph taken on the battle field in Iraq. I guess no one would have noticed that he spliced two pictures together to make a single more appealing shot except that people in the background appear more than once.
