We are slowly starting to come down from the high generated by an absolutely fabulous wedding day this past weekend. We have been cleaning up and returning borrowed and rented decorations, and generally trying to get things back to normal. Now comes the fun part. Besides paying the bills, we have to start getting pictures and videos in order and of course all the thank you notes will need to be written. But there'll be plenty of time for that.
Here is just a couple of quick pictures to peruse while I generate a new web page.




We had a house full of people over on Sunday afternoon for the gift opening which took quite a while as there was plenty of loot.
The newlyweds will be hanging around here for a couple of weeks until Lee graduates from university after which they will be jetting southward for a lovely honeymoon in Hawaii.
So things will quiet down here for a while as we head into the summer and plan a few projects around the house.

A Great Day!

We are very tired but very happy. It was an absolutely wonderful wedding. Everything went off perfectly. The weather was gorgeous and so were the happy couple. What wonderful memories. Anyway, today we are hosting the gift opening and are in the process of preparing for that so this post will be short. Once I look at the footage and the pictures I will be preparing a special page with all the hilights

Counting Down The Days

Just taking a breather here amidst all the wedding planning and hoopla to update this thing. I can't believe we are just a week away from the big day. Everything seems to be coming together and if we have forgotten anything, well, I guess that's just too bad. It'll all be over so soon.
Keep watching over to the left where that heart has been spinning nauseatingly for the last few months. With any luck that is going to turn into a link to a brand new page which will have all kinds of stuff, wedding-wise. At least you'll be able to view some pictures there and hopefully some other things if I can get my act together.
With the weather being so nice lately I actually got out of my hole to do a little yard work today. I fertilized the lawn and cleaned up the front patio a little.
