I guess you would have to be living on another planet not to know that the Edmonton Eskimos squeaked by the Allouettes to win the Grey Cup yesterday. Now, I'm no veteran football fan but I'm sure even those who have watched a lot of pigskin action will admit that this was the most exciting and unbelievable game they have seen. It certainly was for us. Unfortunately we missed most of the game, especially the exciting fourth quarter, due to a previous commitment but were able to see a taped version later and even knowing the outcome didn't dampen the tension. This is one for the record books IMHO.
We are truly enjoying our no-snow situation here in The Frozen North and even the temperatures are remaining decent. I'm sure we will have a good dump of snow before Christmas, in fact we kinda hope we do, but until then, this dry road situation makes Christmas shopping a little more bearable.
