The Oilers Squeak By, Again!

We sat with bated breath on the edges of our seats last night as the Edmonton Oilers redeemed themselves and narrowly defeated the Hurricanes by one goal. The next game is in Edmonton and we are hoping they can bring the hometown crowd another victory and even up the series. Then we will see some real nail biting hockey.
Nicole sent us a couple of shots of her engagement ring which she received last week. Here they are:

I have been told that the name of the cut is Marquis, whatever that means, but it does look great.
The date of the wedding is still up in the air at the moment but it looks like it may have to be before the end of August as that is when Nicole's visa runs out and she does not want to get into any trouble with American immigration. But we're praying that she can get an extension on her visa so that we can have it sometime in September. So, we are in the process of trying to come up with an invitation list, track down caterers, find a wedding dress and all that other wedding related stuff.
The weather here this weekend has not been great with rain and winds on and off all weekend. We are going to attempt a bike ride this afternoon and hope we don't get dumped on as we did last night.
